Hi! I’m a first-year CS PhD student at the University of Maryland, College Park, advised by Prof. Zaoxing Liu. I am interested in building efficient and reliable systems, with a focus on comprehensive observability and interpretable performance metrics.

Most of my work is about making a system legible and then letting it fix itself: failure reproduction and auto-mitigation for distributed systems today, embedded real-time control for soft robots before that.
